Just enter Name\, email address and phone number. Then proceed to the credit card information screen. Minimum donation is $100 but please enter more if you are so inclined\, in increments of $100.This is our second year of a three year campaign. My goal is $25\,000 and we're already at $17\,300. Please participate and get is to the finish line.
