Your golf tournament committee heads are meeting this week to debrief our event as best we can with many people traveling or very busy. There will be a quick recap of the event at this week‘s regular meeting.
It’s also time to start thinking about the Whiskey Raffle and work has already begun on Whiskey Tastings, and other ways to keep this fundraiser top of mind all the way through the November or December drawing.
There has been some talk about having an auction at the transition dinner each year (just restaurant gift cards like the golf tournament) or a raffle (like 50/50), so please send your thoughts to Bob O’Brien on this idea. Basically, would you want an auction at our annual dinner?
